Lumpinee Boxing Stadium — Muay Thai venue in BangkokEst. 1956 · Royal Thai Army

Lumpinee Boxing Stadium was opened by the Royal Thai Army in December 1956 and ran alongside Lumpini Park for nearly sixty years before relocating in 2014 to a state-of-the-art venue on Ram Inthra Road. Its championship belts are widely considered the most prestigious in the sport. The modern Saturday-night Super Champ shows mix elite Thai fighters with international challengers for a fight night unlike anything else in Bangkok.

  • Opened December 1956 by the Royal Thai Army
  • Modern, fan-cooled venue on Ram Inthra Road (relocated 2014)
  • Famed Super Champ shows: elite Thai vs international cards
  • QR ticket scanned at the gate — straight in, no queueing

Where you’ll sit

The modern Lumpinee is a purpose-built, fan-cooled arena with clean sightlines from every level. Ringside is right at the canvas — the premium, closest view for the headline bouts. Behind and above it, the second and third class tiers rise in a bowl with an unobstructed full-ring view and the buzz of the Thai betting crowd, and they remain the best value in the house. On the big Super Champ nights the atmosphere builds steadily toward the main events, so any tier delivers a genuine, electric fight night.

How to get to Lumpinee

Since 2014 Lumpinee has been on Ram Inthra Road in the Bang Khen district, in northern Bangkok — not at the old Lumpini Park site, so don't aim for the park. It's a fair distance from the city centre, so a taxi or Grab is the easiest option; tell the driver "Sanam Muay Lumpinee Ram Inthra". From central Bangkok allow 30–45 minutes depending on traffic. The QR ticket is scanned at the gate, so you walk straight in without queueing at a counter — arrive a little early to soak up the atmosphere.
