One Lumpinee — Friday

ONE Lumpinee, known internationally as ONE Friday Fights, is ONE Championship's weekly Friday show at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, held there since 20 January 2023. Gates open at 18:30 and the first bell is at 19:00. Muay Thai bouts are three rounds of three minutes in 4 oz gloves, many cards also include kickboxing and MMA, and the whole evening is produced for broadcast.

Seats: Ringside ฿5,000 on the floor, Cat 1 ฿3,500 for the best raised seating, Cat 2 ฿2,500 further back and Cat 3 ฿1,000 in the upper tier. Some dates are priced higher, so the price shown for your date counts. Cat 1 suits most visitors; Ringside for the canvas; Cat 3 for the lowest price.

Lumpinee is on Ram Inthra Road in northern Bangkok, not at Lumphini Park: MRT Pink Line to Ram Inthra 3, Exit 2, then 750 m on foot, or 30–45 minutes by taxi. Your confirmation is your ticket — its QR code is scanned at the gate.

What this night is

ONE Lumpinee is ONE Championship's weekly Friday series at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, run there since 20 January 2023. It is the newest regular fixture at the stadium and the one most visitors have seen clips of. Lumpinee itself was opened by the Royal Thai Army in December 1956 and moved to its current Ram Inthra Road building in February 2014.

The format

Muay Thai bouts are three rounds of three minutes in 4 oz gloves rather than the traditional five rounds, and many cards also carry kickboxing and MMA bouts. Short rounds in small gloves change the fights: there is no feeling-out period, because there is no time to build a lead. The show is produced for television, so expect walkouts, big screens and lighting cues around the ring rituals and the live music.

Seats explained

The stadium's plan for this show has Ringside blocks (RS A, RS B, RS C) on the floor, Zone B and Zone C in the upper stands facing the ring, and Zone A, Zone D and Zone E at the sides and rear. On our booking pages in October 2026 that is Ringside ฿5,000, Cat 1 ฿3,500, Cat 2 ฿2,500 and Cat 3 ฿1,000, with some dates priced higher. Cat 1 gives you the whole ring and the screens without ringside prices; Ringside puts you a metre from the fighters; Cat 3 is the cheapest seat in the building.

Times and getting home

Gates open at 18:30 and the first bell is at 19:00. A Friday card can finish late, so if you plan to take the train back, check the last-train time before you travel; otherwise a Grab from the stadium is the simplest way home.

Getting there and getting in

Lumpinee Boxing Stadium is at 6 Ram Inthra Road, Anusawari, Bang Khen, in northern Bangkok. It is not at Lumphini Park — the stadium left Rama IV Road in 2014, and drivers still head for the park if you let them. The MRT Pink Line is easiest: ride to Ram Inthra 3, leave by Exit 2 and walk about 750 m. From Sukhumvit or Siam, take the BTS to Wat Phra Sri Mahathat and change to the Pink Line for one stop. By taxi or Grab, ask for "Sanam Muay Lumpinee, Ram Inthra" and allow 30–45 minutes from the centre.
